Batmaid CLUB gives the customer a guarantee on the products purchased. In the event of a warranty claim (i.e. in the event of defects that occur or are already present before or after the product or goods are handed over to the customer), the customer is entitled to rectification, replacement or rescission. Batmaid CLUB or the manufacturer shall be free to choose how to remedy the defects. If Batmaid CLUB or the manufacturer decides to cancel the contract, the refund to the customer shall be adjusted to the current value of the defective device. For the duration of the repair, there is no entitlement to a free replacement device. Excluded from the warranty are

• Damage caused by the elements;
• Moisture damage;
• Impact or fall damage;
• Natural wear and tear;
• Improper tampering;
• Damage due to external influences;
• Interference with or modification of the product;

The legal warranty is completely excluded.

Refunds, credits and vouchers

If a customer is entitled to a refund or other, the relevant amount is credited to the relevant customer account and can be used for purchases at batmaidclub.ch.

Batmaidclub.ch vouchers can be neither sold nor auctioned off to any third party. Only one voucher may be used per order
